The majority of our garments are handmade, with some pieces produced using second hand materials. Due to the age of some of the fabrics, small imperfections may be apparent. This is NOT a fault but rather an enhancement of the garments individuality. These can include overdye marks, dye runs, small holes in vintage doilies etc. So please be aware of this before you purchase one of our garments. Most dye imperfections will settle down after a couple of washes.

RETURNS:

Please note that we DO NOT REFUND simply for wrong size or wrong choice of colour or because you have changed your mind. However if you have a problem we can gladly exchange your purchase providing the following terms are met:

1. All claims for exchanges must be approved by us first by either calling the store or sending us an email. Any exchanges without confirmation will not be accepted. You can find our details on the contact us page.
2. Any claims must be made within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
3. Proof of purchase must accompany the item.
4. All swing tags, labels etc. must be intact and still attached to the garment.
5. We will not accept exchanges where the item has been improperly washed or care instructions not followed.
6. There is NO credit or exchange on sale items.
7. Once all these terms have been met we will explain to you how to process your exchange.
8. We will not be liable for any postage / insurance charges incurred from your exchange.

GARMENT CARE:

We provide washing instructions with all our purchases. Due to the majority being handmade and hand dyed special care must be taken when washing. A cold quick hand-wash is recommended. Do not soak your garment as this can lead to dye loss and uneven streaking. Although some dye run is expected for the first 2-5 washes, this is just the nature of the dying process. Dissolving a handful of regular table salt into the soapy water can assist in minimal dye run. You may use the spin cycle on your washing machine to wring out excess water, after doing so it is best to air dry garments lying flat or over a clothes horse. Do not tumble dry unless specified.

Shipping is free to anywhere in Australia and $28 for all international buyers. For domestic shipping we use Australia post. All international shipping is sent by airmail.
